Case studies may include names, logos, workflows, product context, or business scenarios from companies, employers, clients, collaborators, or platforms Travis worked with under employment, contract, collaboration, or other agreement.
Those materials are referenced only to explain Travis’s design contribution and professional role. Travis does not claim ownership of the underlying companies, products, platforms, intellectual property, trademarks, brands, real estate, property records, listings, transaction data, customer data, software systems, or business operations exhibited in those case studies.
All such property, rights, records, data, marks, and business interests remain owned by their respective owners. The portfolio claims only Travis’s design contribution, authorship of this public presentation, and the right to describe work performed under the relevant relationship or agreement. If a project owner needs sensitive material adjusted, contact [email protected].
You may browse the portfolio, review case studies, download public resume or portfolio materials, and contact Travis about legitimate work, hiring, press, or collaboration opportunities.
You may not copy the site presentation, present the work as your own, scrape aggressively, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam, or use contact paths for abusive, unlawful, or deceptive messages.
When you use the contact form, the site stores the information you choose to send: name, email address, company, project type, budget or timeline if provided, and your message.
The site may also record lightweight first-party analytics events such as page views, resume or portfolio clicks, contact actions, clicked targets, referrer, user agent, and visited path. These events help evaluate whether portfolio pages and contact paths work.
The public portfolio does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
The site stores a local theme preference so light or dark mode stays consistent between visits. Protected CMS or admin areas may use necessary session cookies for authentication and security. Those cookies are required for administrative access and are not used for advertising.
Contact submissions and analytics records are not sold. They may be processed by hosting, database, email, or infrastructure providers that help operate the site.
Records are kept only as long as they are useful for responding to inquiries, maintaining the portfolio, improving site reliability, or meeting reasonable administrative needs.
You can avoid the contact form and email directly at [email protected]. You can also request deletion or correction of contact details you submitted.
Browser settings can clear local storage and block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent protected administrative areas from working, but it should not prevent public portfolio browsing.
Questions about this notice, portfolio usage, cookies, terms, corrections, or project ownership concerns can be sent to [email protected].
